1. Program runs from January 1, 2008 through October 31, 2008
2. For those enrolling in the rewards program, points will be awarded as follows:
Purchase of 2008 Family Season Pass………150 pts per month*
Purchase of 2008 Individual Season Pass…..120 pts per month*
Purchase of 2008 Super Senior Season Pass…90 pts per month*
Purchase of 2008 Super Senior Family Pass…120 pts per month*
Purchase of 2008 Young Adult Season Pass…75 pts per month*
For each dollar spent on greens fees or cart at
The Golf Club of Coldwater……………………………1 Point
For each dollar spent on merchandise at
Golf Club of Coldwater or Foundation………………..1 Point
For each dollar spent in the service department at
Royal Chevrolet/Cadillac………………………………1 Point
For each dollar spent on food and beverage
At Martell’s Tavern (tax and gratuity excluded)……….1 Point
*points begin on date of purchase
3. For each 300 points accumulated, customer receives A) use of a cart for 18 holes or B) a Martell’s $10 gift card and becomes eligible to win the following prizes:
Grand Prize – 2009 Chevrolet Impala SS (2 Year Lease)
First Prize – Custom fit set of Adams Golf woods, hybrids and irons
Second Prize – 2009 Golf Club of Coldwater – Individual Season Pass
Third Prize – One year supply of Titleist Pro-V Golf Balls
Fourth Prize – Use of a golf cart for a year
Fifth Prize – $25 Gift Card for Martell’s every month for a year
In addition, a monthly prize will be awarded to any eligible participant accumulating 300 points in that particular month. Each customer will receive a separate entry for every 300 points accumulated. There is no limit to the amount of entries that a customer may have.
4. Customer will be issued a rewards card that should be authorized with each purchase. Once a customer accumulates 300 points, rewards card should be filled out with customers: name, address, phone number, and email address and turned in at either Golf Club of Coldwater, Foundation Golf Center, or Royal Chevrolet/Cadillac. A new rewards card will be issued to customer upon redemption of used one.
5. Top six prizes will be awarded on Monday, November 3, 2008 at 9 pm at Martell’s Tavern on the Green. Must be present to win.
6. Points will not be awarded for outside sponsored golf outings, redeemed or donated gift certificates
7. Employees and direct family members of the employees are not eligible for any prizes related to the rewards program.
** The winner of the Malibu must:
- Winner responsible for taxes and all fees including over-mileage fee
- Winner responsible for return condition of vehicle
- Winner must have GMAC approved credit
- Winner must provide insurance coverage
